Initial CCW Course
Effective 1/1/24- SB2 implementation requires more training!

16 Hour Course Description:
This course will be provided in 2 (8) hour sessions within 30 days or 4- (4) hour sessions within 30 days.
Discussions are indoors. Range training is outdoors.
  •     Initial Client Interviews 
  •     Conditions and Restrictions (State and Local)
  •     Penal Code Introduction
  •     Reciprocity (other states that recognize California)
  •     Threat Assessment Introduction
  •     Aftermath Protocol- Detailed explanations
  •     Range Drills from 3, 5, 7 and 10 yards.
  •     Safety Rules Introduction
  •     Range Safety Rules Introduction
  •     Dry Fire Drills Introduction
  •     Live fire drills (150-200 rounds per weapon required)
  •     Weapons Malfunctions Review
  •     Maintenance Review
  •     Question and Answer Time
  •     Summary of Course Issued
  •     1 hour mental health presentation
  •     Course Exam- 30 questions

Fees: 16 hours - $425.00 plus applicable range fees. Subject to change at any time.
Renewal CCW Small Group Course (3 or more)

8 Hour Course Description:
This course will be provided in a 1 day (8) hour format.
Discussions are indoors. Range training is outdoors.
  •     Renewal client interviews - 2 year review
  •     Conditions and Restrictions (State and Local)
  •     Penal Code Review
  •     Reciprocity (other states that recognize California)
  •     Threat Assessment Review
  •     Aftermath Protocol
  •     Range Drills from 3, 5, 7 and 10 yards
  •     Safety Rules Review
  •     Fundamentals Review
  •     Dry Fire Drills Review
  •     Live fire drills (100 rounds per weapon required)
  •     Weapons Malfunctions Review
  •     Maintenance Review
  •     Question and Answer Time
  •     1 hour mental health presentation
  •     Course Exam- 30 questions




Fees: 8 hour - $225 plus applicable range fees. Subject to change at any time.
